Welcome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and mobile applications of Monettech, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), including Dodge Air and any other apps we publish. By accessing this website or downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps or website, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and apps only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to harass others, distribute malware, violate any applicable law, or interfere with the operation of our services or third-party systems. 3. In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases. All such purchases are processed by Apple (or the applicable platform). Payment terms, refunds, and billing are governed by Apple's (or the platform's) terms and policies. We do not store your payment information.

All content, design, code, logos, and materials on our website and in our apps are owned by Monettech, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monettech, LLC, its members, managers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
